What can I do on this website?

You can buy bitcoin and more than 20 other cryptocurrencies by card payment (most debit/credit cards accepted) or other payment methods. You can also exchange more than 50 different coins (the list is updated on daily basis).

Do I need to sign up or create an account?

Can I sell bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies here?

You can BUY more than 20 cryptocurrencies including bitcoin and you can EXCHANGE bitcoin and more than 50 other cryptocurrencies with other coins.

How fast can I buy bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies?

You can buy bitcoin or other coins via credit/debit card within a few minutes. After a successful payment you get coins in your wallet usually within 60 minutes. If you use Bank tranfer / DaoPay / Neosurf methods as a payment, you will receive your coins by the end of the day and only during working days and hours.

What kind of cards are accepted?

Most of the VISA and MASTERCARD cards are accepted. Some banks don’t allow cryptocurrency purchases so in case your payment fails, we suggest you to try to use another card.

I bought bitcoin but my transaction is unconfirmed for hours, why?

In case of bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency that has a huge variability in transaction fees costs there might be some occasional delays with confirmation. We set dynamic transaction fees above average so if such problems occur, we suggest you to try to use acceleration tools you can find online. Unfortunately, this is something that we cannot control or help you with.

How does the exchange work?

You choose the coin you would like to exchange and you choose the coin you want to receive along with the delivery address. Our easy-going platform guides you through the rest of the process. Usually, the exchange is completed within 60 minutes of the network is not overloaded.
